Why can’t employees change their direct deposit or tax information on their site?

Security is one of our main focuses for our clients and their employees. To prevent fraud, only your CSR or payroll administrators can create these changes. When we are sent an email request to change a direct deposit, we will always follow it up with a phone call to confirm that it is correct. We urge you to confirm a change in their account status verbally with your employees as well to ensure that they did in fact initiate the request.
